I would check out the axle. The Rotors shouldn't click!

If the car was in Park, you will hear a click when turning the wheel, as the trans hits the parking lock in each direction. I think you may have a bad inner cv. Does it feel like your tire is going to vibrate off the car as you are going down the road?

I'm not sure then, I would have to be there to see/hear what it's doing. Maybe another member with more Monte Experience will chime in to lend you their Brain?????

I see ac delco 213-4337 maf forsale on amazon for 150 but it says they could be made by a diff manufacturer...Note: ACDelco partners with other manufacturers to supply the parts your car was originally built with. This product is in a ACDelco package, however the part may have been manufactured by an independent ACDelco supplier and could have a different color or shape than the product image above.
would you trust it? ACDelco 213-4337 GM Original Equipment Mass Air Flow Sensor

I don't know what to tell you. If it is in a Delco box then it should be approved but Delco and meet their standards. But I have no experience with it!

Sounds like another prime example of the thread I started last week about AC Delco parts. I saw you chime in there, and you must have seen the post prior to yours from "The Maniac" and how AC Delco farms out their manufacturing and puts their name on it. I suspect all ACD MAF's are farmed out and the same regardless of who the retailer is. It's probably still a good part if ACD is putting their name and reputation on it, but very misleading. Amazon is just honest enough to make the statement. I know American Standard does the same with plumbing parts. After they stop production of a certain fixture they sell all their dies and tooling to an aftermarket manufacturer who sells the part under the American Standard name. It's all about sales. Would you rather buy a MAF with the name ACME or AC Delco?

I just did a smoke test (homemade) and I didn't see any smoke except for the front of the airbox..I believe there cant be a vacuum leak...so im looking towards MAF..my uncles dealership wants 392.00 for it,nobody there to give me a price break..248 at gmparts direct and 174 ac delco one on ebay...not sure I want to trust ebay with this...
