Default p0137 code - replace 02 sensor? Which one?

Hi guys, i've fixed about all the issues with my new to me 2001 monte carlo with the exception of the p0137 code that continues to return. From what i've read, it's the rear 02 sensor on the bank 1?

Will this 02 sensor do the trick? Also, I need to replace the one that goes in the rear manifold, correct?

I have not looked up the code, but if it's the rear O2 sensor, that is the one behind the cat (and it will be contained in what is known as the u-bend). The rear is also known as the downstream.
The front O2 sensor is is on the rear exhaust manifold, also known as the upstream.

These cars only have the 2 O2 sensors.

I guess I haven't seen one behind the cat, maybe I wasn't looking hard enough, but I didn't see one there.

It's there and is seen standing straight up, right after the cat.

Replaced the downstream 02 sensor and this took care of my problem. Thanks!
