oil pressure gauge

I have a 2001 3.8 with and my oil pressure gauge doesn't work all the time please advise!

Thanks, it was the ops and I jacked her up on the right side removed the wheel cut the wheels and there next to the oil filter there she was... the ops. Problem fixed. Thanks a lot. Detailing today and getting ready to show pics!
