my manual says i got a programming mode, and i got oil life monitors and tire monitors...do all montes come with this? or were they an option from the dealership...cause my manual says i have it but i can not seem to get into the programming mode. thanks for your help

the newer ones do i believe. the manual is very self explanatory. put key in ignition, turn to "acc" (don't turn the car on), hold in the button on your radio on the bottom (tuning) **** for 5 or so seconds, and you should see the screen change to your options. scroll through them with the "scan" button. to change an option i believe you hit the button on the tune **** again.

search the forum there are tons of posts about this.

 

thanks for your help, yeah i searched the forums, not gettin quite what i needed. and yeah i did that, turn the radio off, leave the ignitino on acc or on, and yeah, pressed down on the tune disp. button for 5 seconds, even 10 seconds, i got nothin. im wondering even though my manual says i have these features, perhaps i actuallly dont and i dont have a program mode...

 

i'm not sure then - sorry!! keep searching and keep an eye out here, maybe some of the other members could help ya out.
