anyone know how to remove this i want to put an oil breather in

oh, i tried to remove it and the rubber gasket is exposed, how does it come out?

Oil filler tube replacement:

Remove the oil level indicator.
Remove the oil level indicator tube bracket bolt.
Remove the oil level indicator tube.
Inspect the oil level indicator tube O-ring seal, for damage, replace as necessary.
