Default Thanks

I really appreciate all the help guys. I researched all of them online and the mobile 1 oil and k and n filter seemed to be what got the best ratings so that's what I went with. But I did take all the help into consideration. So don't feel bad if I didn't pick the brand you said. Just had to go with what made me feel like was the best for my MC.

Buy the Mobil 1 in the 5 quart jug from Walmart. They sell it $15 cheaper than anywhere else.

So true. I buy my oil at walmart, and I buy my filters in packs of 3 from Amazon

Used to run Napa Gold / Wix filters and Redline oil. Now went to Amsoil filters and oil. They get an unfair share of good reviews, but then I really push my motor to extreme levels.

However just today I was reading an article where Ford did a study and used the same oil for 100,000 miles in a car and when the engine was torn down between oil changes to measure differences all they could find was an extremely clean engine. The old oil would go back in and if the car ran low they would then add more as needed. But the synthetic oil suspended and carried and contaminants and fuel burn off with it to the filter and the car ran perfect for 100,000 miles with no visible wear.Mobil One is the oil.
