Can't find a picture of the back but there are 2 resistors on each side of the connector. On the back they will set to the right of the odometer.

Thanks for that! I actually saw that video as well. So, 2 on each side of the LCD...here is an image from bbengineering. Would these be the ones?

Here it is sorry it took so long. If you can for others when you fix yours take a picture of the back of the board, so that it may help others too.
Do as the video does and and bend the resistors as they are in the video.

Yes as stated in the video, double check the wattage too.

 

FINALLY got around to doing this fix. As you can see, there is a pic of the existing, and then a pic of the new resistors in place. Finally, you will see a pic of the cluster with the odometer BRIGHTLY lit. Thanks for the help! And hopefully this will help others!

 

check your passenger side fuse box. What happened with my 2000 SS is that the fuse box wasn't properly cycling power through it, and it kept blowing the fuse for the tailights/guage cluster (they're on the same circuit for some reason). So i'd also suggest to check if your marker lights are on at night. The brake lights and turn signals should work, but the markers won't come on.
