Default Obd2 readiness monitors/obd2 drive cycle

Ive got an 01 Monte Carlo LS. I'm having trouble getting the heated o2 sensor, evap, and egr monitors to show "ready" for the smog test. There are no current, pending, or saved trouble codes. Check engine light is not on. Multiple battery tests all between 12.2v and 12.4v. Alternator stays between 14.4v and 14.8v. Ive driven the car daily for like 6 months, well beyond 90 miles (the recommended distance to complete the drive cycles). The 3 monitors still show incomplete. So I was wondering if any of the following things could throw the ECM off and prevent it from completing or even beginning the drive cycle.

-there is a recall on my cars ignition switch (on the steering column) This recall has not yet been completed.

-I have an ftermarket stereo installed with the basic wire harness. I do NOT have the integration interface.

-traction control and abs are automatically disabled by the ECM due to a bad speed sensor.

If none of these affect the drive cycle, what are some likely causes. I do appreciate any help i can get. But please dont respond explaining the purpose of obd2 monitors or how a smog test is done. I know none of the things i mentioned have anything to do with a smog test and are not directly related to the obd2 monitors. But ive seen a lot of strange and random issues interfere with the drive cycle on other vehicles.

Thank you
