My Monte is beginning to deteriorate.
Instruments (Coolant Temp) ... mind of its own.
Turn Signals ... (Intermittent)
Transmission shifting from Neutral into Drive with a bump.
New rattles it never had before.
That's life.

Instruments could just be a stepper motor.
Turn signal could be the hazard switch starting to go bad. Sometimes the wiring can burn up.
Is it a bad thing to have the car shift from N to D? Maybe if it was going from D to N while driving
