no fan for heat or ac
I just found this site it looks wonderful. shortly after I make this post I'll post in the new members section, I was just too excited to ask my question.
I have an 04 Monte Carlo SS non Supercharged, after replacing the plugs and wires I now have no fan that blows the heat or the air conditioning in the cabin of the car. is it somehow possible that my friend accidentally unplugged a wire that is necessary for this motor to work? the only thing he did under the hood of the car was replaced the plugs and wires.
If this isn't a possibility what could be the reason why It quit working? it was working excellent before.
I'm looking forward to hearing your guyses suggestions, hopefully they're from someone who knows a little bit more about the car than me cuz I don't know much at all, but I am learning.

I would dbl check all the fuses...
Under the hood and inside the car as well...
If you find all the fuses are good...
It could be the fan resistor.. Which is located and attached to the fan motor
This is what it looks like...
Its quite possible its coincidence that it quit after the tuneup...
Its a common occurrence.. and fairly simple to replace..

thank you for reminding me about the fuses, I didn't even think to check them but they're all good.
tomorrow I will attempt to gain access to the resonator and blower motor. I'll check with the electrical meter if the blower motor is getting power. if the blower motor is not getting power then it would be the blower motor that is bad I'm assuming. if the blower motor is not getting power then I will check to make sure the resonator is getting power. but I'm a little lost at this point if the resonator isn't getting any power where would I look next?
hopefully its something simple just like the resonator.
thank you for all the help so far

if the fuses are good and resistor is new more than likely its the blower, maybe someone did a write up
