Default need help!!!

need some help, so i changed my fuel filter and used seafoam and the seafoam deep clean to clean my upper intake. i ran the seafoam through the brake booster line. thought i did everything right and now my check engine light is on. i used a code reader and got a code for a small evap leak. i reset the light twice now and still the same code keeps coming back. anyone with the slightest idea of what it could be or any kind of testing i could do to point me in the right direction would be a great help, im at a loss, thank you!!!!!!!!!

I don't know very much about this...

But I do know that it'll help other members if you can give the year, model, engine and possibly even miles of your car. Also, if you know the code it's throwing, that could be of help to.

I hope that others can be of more help, good luck!

P0442 is an EVAP leak...you probably didnt secure that brake booster line after you ran seafoam throught it.....you are getting a small vacuum leak there at that fitting is my educated guess if thats the only item that you lossened up..the brake booster line is a vaccum line from your intake to operate it when you use your power brakes...Maybe re-check your connection there and you may find the cause of your CEL. Also check your gas cap.....it could be a little loose and that can cause the P0442 and the P0440 codes to occur.
