Thumbs up Multiple sensor issues on 01 LS

Current codes:
C1226- Right Front excessive wheel speed sensor variation
C1232- Left Front wheel speed sensor circuit open or shorted
C1233- Right Front wheel speed sensor circuit open or shorted
P0101- Mass or Volume air flow A circuit Range/Performance intermittent
P0128- Coolant temp below regulating temperature
P0463- Fuel level sensor A circuit high input history

Backstory:
The car started throwing C1226 back in the fall(with C1233 not to long after). Figured it was a bad sensor or wiring harness. Not too long after I started noticing some inaccuracy with the fuel gauge. I'd leave my house and it would be near empty with the fuel light on, then I'd get to where I was going and it would be at a quarter tank.(Didn't throw any codes)
December rolled around and the coolant sensor stopped working. Replaced the sensor, still didn't work. Coolant sensor started working again a few days later and has been intermittent ever since.
ABS works most of the time. Usually the ABS light will come on right around the time the coolant sensor starts or stops working.
In the past 2 weeks, P0101 and P0463 appeared.
Today the fuel gauge read empty when I started the car after stopping for lunch. After shutting off the car, I turned the key back to the on position but didn't start it. The fuel gauge then read full, then started going up and down eventually settling on a quarter of a tank. (about right... I think).

Any ideas what could be causing all this?

More info:
I threw a lot out at once, so lets just focus on the coolant P0128 right now.

My OBDII code reader is capable of reading live information from the car. Well what do you know it was reading a coolant temp of around 160F-170F driving down the road. So now the real question is why would the code reader be able to read the coolant temp, while at the same time the cars computer reporting that the sensor isn't working?
