thanks for all the different options guys. actually i did think about the gas thing bcuz i filled it half way with 93 one day and then my mom had to take my car for sometime the next day and decided to fill it up the rest of the way with 87 without talking to me first so idk if that has something to do with it but i think its a bigger problem than that. it'll be sooo hard waiting for the cause and all tomorrow but i'll most def be on tomorrow night and tell y'all the status of the situation so far. i just cant believe with that low of milage that its doing this and i'm not even rough of the car 95% of the time

well when it was in so-called storage for almost 2 months it was down in pensacola florida in a garage so it wasn't too terribly cold but for the past week and a half or so it's been up here in wentzville missouri (bout 50 miles north of saint louis) and its been freakin freezing but it never had this problem last year when i was still living here so idk

well i take that back! That's if it wouldn't turn over at all. It should still have a warranty right? if so let the dealer do it for free. If its a fuel pump you need to turn the key and see if you hear it come on. it should me a light buz sound. If its anything electrical you should be able to hook the computer up and see what it is
it take fuel, air and spark for motor to run and 90% of the time its the fuel pump.

sounds like a fuel pump to me, there weird sumtimes they work sumtimes they dont when they start to go bad. if its not the pump then my guess is sumthin electrical. good luck hope its nothing to major!!

Like some others said it could be bad gas. Do you let your tank go below 1/4 of a tank when it's real cold outside? If so, it could be moisture in the tank.

I didnt read everyones posts, hopefully you figured it out. but i'd start with regular trouble shooting. first and easiest thing would be to check for spark. then check your injectors and make sure you're getting fuel (if of coarse you did have spark) if both are fine, then it could be a compression or ecu problem. but if its cranking normal then its probably not the starter

got the monte back today. thank goodness my dad is a mechanic bcuz it probably would have costs me around 300 bucks to get fixed. it ended up being a sensor that went out...i think it was like the air mass sensor or something like that. not sure what caused it though. my dad and the empoyees were talking today about how it was weird that it didnt throw a code and flash the check engine light...hmm strange car. but i'm just soo glad to have it back. now i can do everything i had planned to do the next couple days =]
