I couldn't hear anything more than your radio. What is it that you are seeing.

My Rpms slightly jump during an idle, it's hard to tell without staring at it hard. At the point where I say see, see it that. That's the point after I rev it, it slightly jumps.

Could just be something simple like a dirty MAF. You'll know a misfire when it happens.

WHAT Mike Said is true, when my car had a missfire it lacked power and the engine would bog when I tried to accelerate.

I agree with the possibility of it being a dirty MAF, especially if you run an oiled air filter. It's very easy to over do it when it comes to oiling them. Clean this first. Other possibilities could be carbon build up on the seat of the IAC. I would also check for carbon/varnish build up around the throttle plate or shaft binding. In either case, a good cleaning should resolve the fluctuating idle if they are the cause. It's impossible to give an exact diagnosis online, but just listening to the video I'm thinking carbon build up of the IAC seat. The drop in idle then 'catching itself' to come back up to normal idle is what makes me suspect the carbon build up. It could also explain the momentary drops in rpm while idling. A piece of emery cloth dipped in fresh oil does a great job cleaning the IAC seat. You can also clean the end of the pintle the same way.
