Low Fuel light question.
#2
thats when mine starts to ding. it also depends on if im heading up or down hill. heading up moves all the gas to the back of the tank and closer to my pump making it read i have more gas, and the opposite for going downhill. so when it gets close to it being time for the light to come on, it will come on heading downhill but then go off when im heading back up.

Yea I noticed that with these cars for sure, you arent safe with a quarter tank lol

its not really good to take a tank below a quarter anyhow. it gets harder on the pump (fuel helps keep it cooled done), and the dirt flows more clogging your filters easier. i dont let mine go below half tank anymore. not after the amount of pumps we went thru in our old 97 silverado
