Lube would not help. Key does not turn at all, remote does not work.

The car is unlocked now and I will speak with the dealer tomorrow about getting a proper spare.

EDIT - Now both keys will start the car, and both remotes function properly after "remote learning" them. Strange thing is, neither key will turn the door lock. The lock itself does appear to be slightly loose. Also, after I returned from a short trip and shut the car off, I went to restart it and it did not like the key. Tried the other key and it started..I'm thinking perhaps these remotes and keys are new and have not been coded by the dealer?

Took it to the dealer today to have the remotes figured out. Turns out there is an aftermarket alarm on the car that is causing the issues. I shall remove it and continue on with my journey
