license plate issue
i went to take it off but the holder itself is held in by rivets, anybody know how to get them out without damaging my bumper?

You can drill out the rivets to remove the frame without damaging the bumper, but there will be holes where the rivets were. Maybe you could get a couple of plastic hole plugs (color matched) to plug the holes so they won't be so noticable.
