Key Fob for an 02 SS: what model# and how to programe?
I just purchased my 02 Monte SS 6 weeks ago, and it didnt come with any remotes. Its a loaded model SS, "no supercharger though 
" so it is set up for them. I just dont know what exact model# and how to program one. I do still have a remote from our 02 Camaro SS 6spd that was totaled last fall. Could it be used on the monte with proper programing? They are both 2002 Chevy 2doors... or am i way off? Our camaro's fob is model# ABO1502T

You can purchase remotes for our cars on ebay. You program them through the radio. If you have a manual, it will go into detail on how to do it.

You would need a FCC # KOBLEAR1XT remote and as Amy said you program it through the radio. Its very easy and can be found in the manual.
