Default Jackin the back?

Hey, I am curious as to wether it would be better to put new leaf spring or just use air shocks, in order to jack up a first gen monte. (70-72). I am not famillier with the underside of them, and i am not sure if the air shocks would bust through the frame. Any help, like articals, or pics would be helpfull.
thanks,
kyle

Default RE: Jackin the back?

i had put air shocks on mine but i also put the new springs under it to.

and it looked good the big thing with shocks is to remeber you dont need them cranked all the way up to 100PSI.
20 PSI is enough to give it a rake if this is all your looking for

Also you can change the front wheels to 14" and the rears to 15" this will give you a 1" drop on the front end and raise the rear up some
