Default irritating clicking nose!!!

Hello,

I have his clicking nose (or whatever you want to call it) annoys the S@#! out of me... This happens whenever I punch the gas a lil bit and whenever a drive and put it on "R" it makes that nose too. I tried to take it to a local mechanic shop and they said "it might be my control arms and my tire rod." So I was like alright I'll change my tire rod. The bad tire rod was the passenger side as far as the mechanic said. So okay they went to buy the part and install it. Sure enough I drove off (of course I paid them) my wheel alignment was gone, it kept on pulling me to the right whenever I let go from the steering wheel...
Long story short, I took my car to belle tire to inspect my car regarding the nose. They did tell me that I don't really need to replace my control arms whatsoever. But, they did hear that clicking nose that I was talking about, unfortunately they did not know what's causing that nose. They told me to take it to an exhaust shop probably to weld or clamp something. Idk??? But I did do my wheel alignment there

So my question is, do you guys know what's causing this clicking nose? Or do u guys got any advice on where to take my car to check this nose out?

Thanks in advance.

Where's the noise coming from? Wheels? Under the car? Engine bay?

Pop the hood while it's running and listen. Give it some gas and listen. See if you can pinpoint a location. Without that, it's shooting in the dark.

@BS yup I did that too. It only happens when I'm in a complete stop and punch the gas and when I hit the brakes.

If it only does it when you're speeding up fast or braking fast, it's gotta be something related to the axle. Could be anything from loose lugnuts to not enough grease in the CV axles, or something wrong with the wheel bearing/hub.
