Go to Ebay and do a search (intimidator emblem) or decal and you will find a few there.

I just added the ones I got from eBay to my car and I must say they look great. Most say "Intimidator SS", and I just cut off the SS part. There's even a listing for an Intimidator kit with a #3 for the C pillar. (The Intimidator and SS parts are not connected - and like many will say here, that badge looks out of place on a non-SS.)

There are two versions (and I am not affiliated with any seller) a vinyl decal type badge and a chrome raised letter type badge.

I went for vinyl for a cleaner, flatter look, while the raised letter one looks more stock; and true to the Intimidator Monte Carlo and Silverado factory badging.
  • Either way you go, get some paint prep or alcohol pads and clean the area where it is going.
  • Take your time measuring / eyeballing / painters-taping and line it all up right; you only get one shot.
  • Be very careful pealing the adhesive backing paper from the application front, and peel very slowly. (The dotted 'i's didn't want to cooperate at first.)
  • When applying the decal, press slowly, front to back, and even trace the entire thing by pressing the letters with your finger for adhesion when it's on.
  • When it's stuck to the car, peel the application tape slowly away from the badge at almost a 180* angle, so the tape doesn't want to take the badge with it.

Plus, take pictures when it's all done. I'll share mine here when I get a chance. Best of luck; you'll be happy with the outcome!

The vinyl and the number 3 for the c pillar is from the 02 like mine. The raised letter emblem is from the 04.
