To be honest, I haven't had any problems at all since taking out the TB Screen.

I don't think I would buy a after-market tuned PCM. I don't think ZZP or Intense are to blame, I've heard good and bad about both. It would be much better to take your car to ZZP or Intense and get a custom tune if you are able to. Or find a member here that lives some what close that can do it. Or learn to do it yourself but that can be expensive, especially if you don't plan on doing much more than bolt-on mods. If I had to buy an after-market PCM though I would go with Intense since they have an active support forum and have been doing it longer.
