Default how to wire car

I own a 79 Monte Carlo that I recently stripped clean and have plans on making it a drag car. The issue at hand is all the wiring has been removed and I want as little wiring...meaning no heat, no radio, etc...I just wanna start the car and go fast

man yahad to pick on this year of M/C

but all ya need is
the HEI
Starter
Alt.
guages
lights if ya want them
i Always did a push button starter and a main power shut off for the whole system
(brake lights are a good idea /headlights if you plan to run in the evning )
also make sure that you have a key for the colum to unlock it unless ya cheat and break the colum lock so you can steer the car,

just look thru jegs or summit and check out the painless wiring kits. They are really painless and give ya everything ya need in different setups, for like fuel pump, water pump. All on different circuits.
