i remember a thread of taking the lens off headlights but couldnt find it. can anyone tell me what to heat the oven to to take off the lens on my taillights? i want to paint in bettween the circles so its more deeper black and then what do i reseal them with? thanks!

 

It's not recommended because these things are held together REALLY well, you're basically asking to break the things and you'll find it almost impossible to put them back together the same way.

But if you bake them at 300° and check them every 5 minutes to pry them apart.
