5th Gen ('95-'99): how to program keyremote
#2
I am assuming you want to do this and need assistance.
First make sure your car is Remote Capable.
Vin number will give that info.
Then take the remote make sure it has a fresh battery.
Open your Trunk and take up the carpet there should be a connecter (female) up on the passenger side fender well.
Put a jump wire in the Connector and extend it down to the latch. then ground it to the latch and push the remote buttons at the same time. could take a minute or so when you hear the latches operate you got it. Be aware it may not have to much range in the distance of operation. Like 2 to 3 feet. Hope that helps!!!!
