Opinion Needed: High beam issue

High beam issue
Hi everyone
I'm a new second owner of a 2007 MC SS. Headlights function correctly except for one thing. It seems that while the low beams are aimed correctly, the high beams hit the ground ten feet in front of the car.
Is this just a matter of the headlights needing to be adjusted up, or something else?
