Help!! Need to get headlights working.

headlighs not working
So last week I put in kensun hids in my highbeams and ive had them in my lows to but in the past couple of days when I would switch from lows to highs it would act funny and sometimes wouldnt switch to highbeams and of yesterday when I parked my car I got out and locked it but my headlights didnt flash? So I got back in my car and now they wont turn on no matter wat ive tried and my car keeps telling me I have a highbeam out can anyone help me?

I was confused and worried that my headlights wouldn't come on and decided to Google this question. Thank you this helped a lot .
My headlights quit working a couple weeks ago, which was odd because they were working fine the night before. All fuses were good, etc. so it really had me scratching my head. I guess I bumped the multi-function switch when I was cleaning the dash because turning the high beams on/off a couple of times solved the problem.
