What would cause the key to not turn to the off position? Also nothing happens when ignition is turned to start. Interior fuse panel has no power at all. Battery is new and fully charged.
No headlight or tail light, no power going to windows,locks. I am at a loss here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Remember after getting new or used cylinder into ignition switch to put your foot on break peddle n make sure it is in the park position while trying to turn the key to off position! I hope it soles your issue
