I have a 2002 monte carlo ss and the abs and brake light stay on I have done a reset on it by taking off the positive and replace the wheel hub witch is what was wrong but still will not turn off??

 

Since the ABS light is on, you have an ABS code. Not all scan tools can read the ABS computer. Best advice, find one that can and get the code information before proceeding (as it's going to point you to what is wrong).
