let me first start off, i have some know how..., the wiper arms are all stock, good bushings, etc, has new wiper motor that turns great, arm is not stripped, wiring all good, switch on column needs replaced, but turns on

PROBLEM

when i turn my wipers on the arms only move 2 inches up the windshield, thats it, and then go back to where there supposed to, so the real problem is that the RACK only moves so much, any ideas?? if someone could post a video of there wipers moving, the rack more so, that would be great, cant drive in ohio without wipers......
