quick test to see if its the maf is to unplug it and see if it runs better

What is IAC? And I cleaned the mass air flow it runs better but when idle ot is still alil rough thank you for all your help

Iac (idle air control). I haven't worked on a 3.9 but maybe check and clean the throttle body. And If it had the problem after it warms up abit check/clean emissions systems

your car shouldn't have an iac just the maf
