I found out the relay is under the seat and is not the prob. finally broke down and bought a mutitester and the seat bottom has .5 ohm resistence and seat back showed none or open and so I need a lthr. seat back cover. for info green connector or 2 wire is seat back. black conn. or 4 pin is seat bootom.

You can put a jumper into the bottom connector to get THAT working again, at least until you replace the seat back leathers. They sren't cheap, but I believe there is a set of Intimidator SS seats for sale here for a freaction of the price of what just one piece of seat covering will cost you, and for that matter, you could sell the Intimidator headrests and re-coup some of the money back. Just a thot.
