Heat shield rattles

Heat shield rattles
The heat shield upstream of the cat has startled rattling. What's the best way 2 fix this? 1. Rip it off? 2. Have it welded? 3. Shim it? 4. Wrap wire around it? I really don't wanna replace the pipe. Thanx folks
