Having trouble getting my 03 monte carlo to turn over
I have a new battery and alternator. When I turn the key it just has a clicking sound coming from the fuse box under the hood. After trying for a while it will eventually just start up like nothing was wrong. Also my turning signal lights stop working at times and just a clicking/grinding like sound takes the place of the lights. Bulbs are fine.
