Welcome to the site. Sounds like a weird problem. I'm sure one of our many members will have some ideas.

Default "Having a hard time understanding the problem"

when you start a vehicle or turn the key to the on position all the bulbs on your dash will flash on letting you know that the bulbs are not blown and are still working otherwise know as "bulb checking"...... the problem that i have is that my vehicle does this randomly when drive down the road... i have changed batt. check batt. cables, replaced ign switch.. and nothing seems to fix it.. i am sure it is going to be a module of some sort but which one? just thought someone else on here may have had the same problem???

Sounds like a ground/wiring/BCM issue. Going to be very tough to diagnose until you can get it to happen all the time.
