Could be the transmission, could be the cat.

Pressure control solenoid. Near 100% failure rate in 4t60e and 4t65e transmissions. Drop left side of trans, remove axle, pull cover of of side, replace solenoid. Code p1811 will verify this.

Unhappy Transmission

Once my transmission warms up it stops, you have to sit there for a minute and then it will slowly go into gear..drives fine when cold but once it warms up thats when the problem starts. Could this still be the torque converter? I pray that its not the whole transmission. Help!!!!!

That is most definitely and internal trans problem. Time for a rebuild.
