I bought a wrecked 1998 Lumina for parts for a Monte Calro projects I have going. The Lumina was hit in front. It turns over but will not start. Is there a fuel pump cut off system on these cars? I looked under the carpet and dash on passenger side footwell where most fuel cut off resets are and also in the truck. Is there a reset switch somewhere on these cars?
