Ok I will try to explain this better.

While driving the driving lights are on shut the car off nothing happens everything shuts down fine.
Now when it gets dark I turn on the headlights and pull into the driveway and shut the car of with the headlight still on the dashboard lights start to flicker rapidly and you can hear the relays clicking like crazy in both fuse panels in the car.Shut the headlights off and they stop flicking.
So what do you think it is could it be the headlight switch or a bad relay ?
