Default Faulty Cabin Air Filter

Had my oil changed a couple of days ago, when the car was returned, i noticed water seeping on the passenger floor, its apparently coming from the ac filter. I need to replace it. Found this vid on the net on how to replace cabin air filter, can you guys recommend this?

Most likely its not the filter itself but the seal around the filter. If you do change it, even if the new filter comes with a seal, I would run a good bead of silicone around it so you dont have to worry about it leaking again.

Make sure the seal is in good shape and clean the are as good as you possibly can. I did mine not long ago, it probably was never change since the car was made, and once I cleaned the seal and it's matting surface it worked like a charm and no leaks.

make sure there is no buildup of leaves/ other crap around the cowl weatherstripping, and while your at it clean the water channel around the trunk, and around the doors. sometimes something as silly as a buildup of leaves & dirt in these aereas can allow water to seep, or sometimes pour into the vehicle. i've seen this happen quite a few times.
