Default CV Shaft

Does anyone know if tranny fluid will pour out of the tranny once i pull the shaft out?

I assume some will, from experience on other cars but i just want to be sure...

Also is there a way to pull the shaft out without having to get the car realigned? i highly doubt it as every seems to have to come off before you pull the shaft out, but again, thought id ask

If you pull the lower balljoint and hold the whole spindle out of the way, you won't mess with the alignment. Just be careful of the boot. And you will get a some fluid, last one I did was maybe a half a quart or so.
