EZ Pass toll tag

Default EZ Pass toll tag
I want to get an EZ-Pass for NJ Turnpike, etc. One area of the FAQ listed the '03 Monte Carlo SS as one of the vehicles that need an external tag, due to the metal in the windshield. The other area - same site - did not list the Monte. Has anyone used an internal EZ pass tag?

I have one on my 06 monte, never heard of that issue before?

i have one on my 04, its right behind the rear view mirror and no issues.

I use an iPass on occasion and as long as it's not blocked by the tinted glass, it works fine.
