6th Gen ('00-'05): Engine,transmission and ignition swap. No crank.

Default Engine,transmission and ignition swap. No crank.
I did complete engine and transmission swap, along with ignition switch. When I turn key to on position everything comes on including the fuel pump. But will not crank over. Also tried resetting the security passlock. No luck. Any ideas?
