Engine struts

Anybody know how to remove the rubber bushings from the engine struts. I powdercoated the cross peices and now need to do the struts but don't know how to remove without damaging them. Thanks in advance

No way to remove them without damaging them. Burn them out, powder coat them, then buy and install zzp poly bushings once powder coated
