Default Electrical problems.. bcm again?

Let me start by saying i'm new to the forums and need fellow monte owners' advice. about a year ago my electrical problems started out as interior lights never shutting off (resulting in many dead batteries), and the key fob not unlocking doors. I bought a refurbished BCM from advanced auto parts and brought it to the dealership which they programmed and installed, problems fixed.... for the time being.
New problems started up a couple months after the "new" BCM. It started as only the passengers side door would not unlock by the key fob and would have to be unlocked by the switch, and the interior lights not turning on when either door opens. Now about a month ago it has started randomly blowing the rear parking lamp fuses which control my rear running lamps, license plate light, and dash lights. It sometimes happens every day, and sometimes happens once a week. I have no idea what this could POSSIBLY be other than the BCM, Has anyone had similar problems or think its most likely worth replacing again?

Thank you

need to see a wiring diagram and see if these have a common ground, or poss common connector at the bcm. dash lighs normally go out because there are no tail lights. similar problems, maybe you moved some wires while installing it, and they have moved back to a spot where they are rubbing.
