Hello from Canada, I have a question. does anybody knows what the lite brown wire from the door jam switch is for? I had a mouse in my car and the lights do not work correct.Thanks for the helpHerbert

Hi Herbert! Just trolling the forum and saw your post. Wanted to welcome you. I'm afraid I don't have that answer, but hopefully someone else will soon if you didn't already fix it. PS - Give that mouse some cheese so he stops eating your wires.

I believe that wire may go to your power distribution box, basically it works in conjuction with the domelight when the door is open, or maybe a door chime when the door is open. Ill have to look at my wiring schematics to be sure, but if memory serves me that should be pretty accurate I think.
