On my 2005 Monte SS Supercharged , I disabled day time lights by cutting Pin #87 on the relay. I didit over 2 1/2 years ago.. no problems..

Awhile back I was in touch with Painless Wiring and they would be able make me a special Plug-N-Play harness / switch that would turn off all my lights including my brake lights. That would be good for street racing etc. I bet they could make a simple harness to kill the daylight driving lights. But the flip side is it won't be cheap, it was about $350 or so for my harness, but I never followed through on it.
