Default Driver Side Window

I have an 00 SS. Just today I my drive side window wont go up or down. Its stuck in the up position. My passenger side works fine and the locks work and so does that mirrors. Just the driver side switch wont work. No lights are on in the dash. Any ideas guys and girls?

Thanks

Default RE: Driver Side Window

Something new today. I drove my car at 6am this morning and both windows worked. Drove to work and it sat in the heat all day. Went to leave work and none of the windows worked until I reached over and did the passenger side window. After that the button on the driver side worked for the passenger. Any ideas. Please someone help!!!

sounds like the same problem i had a while back, my window would randomly go up and down fine and then other times just not work at all, what i ended up doing was getting a new switch off ebay for i think 35 bucks and installing it myself and now i have never had a problem again.

This is the same guy that i got my switch from i had no problems with him at all

I am not saying that this is your problem though it could be something else, you might want to wait and see if anybody else has a different idea of what could be wrong with your window
