I agree, I have ran across some pretty bad service departments in the past, but I have seen more good than bad. I would take it to another dealer if I were you..

Mine just started the door rattle today. Anyone that had this problem have an update on what was done to take care of the issue?

Dealer will say can't replicate the problem and will not take the time to troubleshoot it further. Either live with it, complain to the Service Mgr until the end of time or take it apart yourself to fix the issue.

Both of my doors do it as well. Easy fix by the Dealer: Just turn the radio up.

My 2006 SS has the rattle, mainly in the passenger door.It seems to do it when it is really cold, like below 20 degrees. On warmer days,I don't notice it.I figured it is the plastic clips and door panels being frozen and hard.

Definately not the case here. It has been around 70 degrees all week and I've noticed it every day. Next week I'll have an oppurtunity to bring the car in to the dealer. Its becomming more and more frequent so I'm sure that I'll be able to point it out to the dealership. I'll be sure to post what I find out.

If you don't get any satisfaction fr4om the dealer call the GM customer service. When the dealer gets a call from GM about a customer complaint, they usually start jumping through any size hoop you want them to.

Just dropped the car off at the dealership. They are going to take a look at the door rattle and my e-brake not holding the car (it rolls backwards a few inches even once the e-brake is set). I'll post an update when I hear back from the dealership.
