04MonteLS, do you have the harness from bbengineer.com? Does it work good? I don't wanna buy something that doesn't work... Thanks.

I don't, but there's been a few guys on other boards that have installed it and it works like a charm. I do plan on getting one, it's just not something very high on my list of priorities.

bbengineer is a very highly respected, very knowledgeable and extremely talented so rest assured that when you buy one of his products, it's made to the highest quality as he would were it going on his car.

I have an 07 Impala SS. I don't know if you tried this. When you start your car turn the headlight switch to the left. A chime will sound and it will say DRL turned off but it resets itself when you turn the car off. Hope that helps.

I dont know much about headlights, so this might be just one BAD idea....

Why dont you run a switch from between the power going to the headlight and the light itself? Couldnt you cut the wire, extend it, then reroute both of them to where you want a switch? then, run them back, turn on and off the switch when you want them on?

if that doesnt make sense, ill try to do some kind of diagram. haha

that does sound like it would work but i dont really think it is necessarelly a good idea.
that is becasue of having to go through the firewall and the extreme amounts of wire needed.
seems like alot could go wrong in the system.

unless you know of a way to keep it clean
