Hi all, I've got a MC 2001 SS with a disturbing problem I think "duceman" had the same. When starting the car if the Driver Information Panel does not come on or the RV mirror "auto tint" lights don't go on the AC controls won't either. Essentially there is NO AC, no DIC (although this can be turnedon manually with no effect to the other controls) andno grren tint on the RV mirror. After a a few minutes it may kick in but as "duceman" also posted cycling theignition key on and off sometimes will activate all controls.
I haven't seen any response to this in any postings that I saw.Could the probelm be afaulty relay, computer or maybe even abad ignition switch??? Fixing this would REALLY make my life a lot better since it's my wife that drivesthis beautymore often!
